Jonathon A. Talcott Re-Elected Board Secretary of Arizona Technology Council

Ballard Spahr Intellectual Property Partner Jonathon Talcott has been re-elected Secretary for the Arizona Technology Council. He will serve his second one-year term.

Mr. Talcott represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes and transactions, with an emphasis on legal issues involving technology. A former electrical engineer, he litigates and advises on business-related matters ranging from those involving intellectual property rights to franchises and from startups to multinational corporations. His patent litigation experience spans a broad range of technologies and industries, such as software and hardware for the internet, financial transactions, business methods, semiconductor integrated circuits, wireless systems, networking, cybersecurity and data privacy, and medical systems.

Established in 2002, the 800-member Arizona Technology Council is the leading technology trade association in the state. It organizes events, conferences, and workshops focused on medical technology, cybersecurity, marketing technology, aerospace, aviation and defense, and other fields.
