Charlotte partner Rob Lindholm recently founded and has been named Chair of the White-Collar Crime/Government Investigations Section of North Carolina’s Mecklenburg County Bar. The Section offers opportunities for attorneys in private practice, in-house, and with the Government who practice in the area of white collar/government investigations to meet and discuss current issues they face in their practices.
This new Section will develop educational programs to increase the knowledge of Section members, including federal and state criminal proceedings in white collar matters such as securities and health care fraud, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, public corruption, and internal and government investigations by relevant state and federal agencies.
Lindholm focuses his practice on government investigations and white collar defense, high stakes business litigation and class action defense, and e-discovery and litigation readiness. He represents financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, hedge funds, and companies/individuals involved in the cryptocurrency industry in a wide array of white collar/government investigation matters and commercial litigation.
