McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC public finance attorney Frannie Reilly will present valuable business legal structure information to entrepreneurs at a free, virtual event on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021.

Presented by Women’s Business Enterprise Center East (WBEC East),  an advocacy organization for women business owners and entrepreneurs in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey, the “So You Want To Get Your LLC” webinar will cover the essentials of registering a business as a limited liability company or other legal structure. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with the next generation of women business owners and entrepreneurs during this seminar,” Reilly said. “I look forward to discussing their excitement and concerns while starting a new business, and sharing important information to put them on the path to success.”

Reilly practices in the McNees Public Finance & Government Services, Corporate & Tax, and Charitable and Non-Profit Groups. She advises clients on issuance, offering, structuring, remarketing, and restructuring of tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities and other debt instruments as well as corporate policies, best practices and corporate governance.
