Foley partners Eric Sophir and James De Vellis, both members of the firm’s Electronics Practice Group, have been recognized in the 2021 edition of Intellectual Asset Management’s (IAM) Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists guide. This guide features individuals from a variety of backgrounds who are considered to be leading the way in establishing and implementing strategies to help maximize the value of IP portfolios.
The IAM Strategy 300 is compiled by a team of researchers from IAM magazine based on confidential nominations made online. Only those individuals who receive at least three nominations from individuals outside of their organization are considered. Following the nomination, researchers conduct interviews with senior members of the IP community throughout the world to determine which nominees have the extraordinary skill sets and deep insights into the development, creation and management of IP to be included in the guide.
