Woman says she bit into something hard in McChicken sandwich, files lawsuit

CONWAY, Ark. (Legal Newsline) -- A woman is suing an Arkansas McDonald's after allegedly biting into a sandwich with something hard in it. 

Jacqueline Thomas filed a complaint on August 26 in the Circuit Court of Faulkner County against Retzer Resources Inc. d/b/a McDonald's Store #37213 for personal injury.

According to the complaint, on August 26, 2018, Thomas took a second bite of her food, a McChicken sandwich, and bit into something hard. Thomas notified the store immediately of the incident and presented the object to the store, the suit says. 

Thomas alleges that the incident caused her severe personal injuries and damages. Thomas alleges negligence on the part of the McDonald's for not ensuring its food is free of dangerous conditions and is consumable for and by customers. 

Thomas seeks damages, attorney's fees and cost of suit. Thomas is represented by Tabatha Branch.
