Fox Rothschild LLP welcomes Joseph J. DiPasquale in Morristown, NJ as a partner in the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice.

As a strategic adviser, lead counsel and fiduciary in high-stakes insolvencies, DiPasquale represents businesses in the health care, hospitality, energy, retail, transportation, manufacturing and finance sectors. Since 2017, he has been recognized for his bankruptcy/insolvency work in New Jersey by Chambers USA. He regularly represents debtors, creditor committees, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees, receivers, assignees, equity holders, secured creditors and private equity/hedge funds.
His deep financial services industry experience includes currently serving on the board of directors of Old Dominion National Bank and previously serving on the board of directors of Team Capital Bank (TCB), where he chaired the board's risk committee and was involved with its 2014 merger into Provident Financial Services Inc.
Deeply involved in his community, DiPasquale was a director on the board of Cornerstone Family Programs & Morristown Neighborhood House and previously served on the board of directors of the New Jersey Friends of Roger Williams School of Law Foundation as well as the fundraising committee of the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.
Prior to joining Fox, DiPasquale was a partner at Lowenstein Sandler.
