Ballard Spahr LLP issued the following announcement on July 7.

Benjamin A. Kelley, a partner in Ballard Spahr's Baltimore office who represents lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions, has been elected by the members of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) as a Fellow of the organization of leading mortgage attorneys nationwide.
