Freeborn & Peters LLP welcomes Hailey A. Wilkes to the firm as an associate in the Litigation and Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Groups in the Richmond office.

Brenner, Partner and Managing Partner of Freeborn’s Richmond Office. “Hailey brings valuable experience to both our Litigation and Insurance and Reinsurance teams that will enhance our ability to provide superior results and service to our clients.”
Hailey focuses her practice on representing individuals and organizations in insurance defense matters through all phases of both state and federal litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Hailey was an associate at Carr Maloney, P.C. in Washington D.C., where she prepared for and participated in bench trials, hearings, arbitration proceedings, settlement conferences, mediations, and depositions. Additionally, she has experience drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, and briefs.
Hailey received her B.A. from Utah Valley University (magna cum laude) and her J.D. from Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University. Outside of work, she is involved with the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
