Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce that Joshua S. Levy will join the firm’s Class Actions Practice as a member in Washington, D.C. Levy is a skilled litigator with deep class actions experience. He represents businesses in a variety of industries in their most significant class actions and complex commercial disputes. Joining from Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, he has over a decade of experience litigating high-profile class action lawsuits, including securities, consumer, employment, and ERISA cases. He is a trusted adviser to some of the world’s most prominent corporations and financial institutions.
Levy’s hire supports the continued strategic buildout of Cozen O’Connor’s premier national Class Actions Practice Group that experienced significant growth with the additions of Michael W. McTigue Jr. and Meredith C.
