FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (Legal Newsline) -- A woman claims to have been secretly recorded while undressing and dressing by a photographer in a studio.

Jane Doe filed a complaint on June 8 in the Washington County Circuit Court against Dillon Dooms and John Does 1-20 for negligence, violation of Ark. Code 5-16-101, invasion of privacy, outrage and deceit.

According to the complaint, on August 10, 2020, Jane Doe was doing a photoshoot with Dooms in his studio that included a couch and a computer. Dooms would step outside when women he photographed went to change to give them privacy.

During Jane Doe's shoot, she allegedly noticed a small lens stuck into a USB port, and upon removing it, found a video camera and Micro SD card inside. Jane Doe found three more hidden cameras and another SD card disguised as other objects.

Jane Doe then turned the materials to the police, and police found video footage of at lease 12 other female victims in various states of nudity, including one minor. On August 17, 2020, Dooms was charged with 13 counts of Video Voyeurism

Jane Doe seeks damages, attorneys' fees and cost and punitive damages. Jane Doe is represented by Timothy Myers of Taylor Law Partners LLP.
