Partner Joanne Faycurry will co-present a webinar for the State Bar of Michigan’s Taxation Section for young tax lawyers. The topic of the webinar will ask “Is the imposition of sales/use tax on menstrual products constitutional?” She will be co-presenting with Laura Strausfeld, one of the co-founders of the Period Equity organization.
Joanne has provided pro bono representation for Period Equity against the Michigan Tampon Tax.
