Troutman Pepper Partner David E. Constine III was recently named to Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s “Go To Lawyers” list for employment law. This new program honors leading lawyers in a particular field of law and recognizes the top lawyers across the commonwealth in a given practice area based on nominations and an independent selection process.
Those recognized as “Go To Lawyers” are regarded as experts in their field and well-versed in the nuances of related case law, statutes, and regulations. Honorees also have a demonstrated record of success, receive regular referrals, and think creatively.
Constine is a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Labor and Employment Practice Group where he represents small, medium, and large employers. His practice includes both litigation and counseling in all aspects of labor and employment law, including non-competition and trade secrets litigation.
Constine has been practicing in the labor and employment area for more than 35 years and is perennially listed in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America and other such publications identifying leading labor and employment lawyers. Constine is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and University of Virginia Law School, following which he was a law clerk to the Honorable Albert V. Bryan, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
