Littler Mendelson PC issued the following announcement on Mar. 24.

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been ranked among the top 10 firms for client service excellence by BTI Consulting in its new report, BTI Client Service A-Team 2021: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, featured as Latin America’s Top International Labor Law Firm 2021 by Latinvex and named among the top 20 law firms in the Thomson Reuters U.S. Law Firm Brand Index 2021.

“Providing excellent client service remains one of the firm’s top priorities,” said Erin Webber, managing director of Littler. “As a cornerstone of our strategic plan, we will continue delivering quality and forward-thinking solutions to our clients around the globe to solve their business and legal needs, further cementing Littler’s brand as the employment and labor law powerhouse.”

The BTI Client Service A-Team report identifies law firms that deliver excellent client service on a consistent basis, as well as the activities driving superior client relationships. The report rankings are based on 350 in-depth interviews with top legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations.

Latinvex’s 2021 list is their eighth annual ranking of Latin America’s top law firms. The analysis is based on an exclusive survey among the Latin American firms, which has a combination of factors, including value, prominence, scope of work and references among clients and peers.

The U.S. Law Firm Brand Index measures how firms perform across multiple metrics, including top of mind awareness, favorability, high-value work, and consideration for top-level litigation, as well as mergers and acquisitions. The index is based on research of the global legal market across 55 countries with more than 2,000 senior in-house counsel. Nearly 750 interviews were conducted with U.S. senior legal buyers and over 150 senior counsel outside the U.S. regarding their U.S.-based legal needs.
