CONWAY, Ark. (Legal Newsline) - An Arkansas couple want damages from their neighbor, who is accused of being a nuisance while they work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to documents filed on February 8 in the Faulkner County Circuit Court, plaintiffs Michael and Roxeann Rohrer have been working from home since March of 2020. They accuse their neighbor, Gabrielle Riley, of blasting loud, offensive, vulgar music to the point where the plaintiffs' windows and walls will allegedly shake with the volume.

The defendant is accused of turning the music up in retaliation to the plaintiffs when they ask her to turn it down, and making obscene hand gestures at them when they see each other.

The plaintiffs ask the court for $20,000 in damages from the plaintiff. They are represented by Otto R. Fry.
