Ernest Goodwin (Partner-White Plains, NY) and Robert Sullivan (Of Counsel-White Plains, NY) will present a one-hour webinar, “Emergency Response: Product Recall & Government Agency Investigations,” on February 22, 2021.
Robert will discuss the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), including its quarterly reporting requirements for manufacturers and vehicle safety recalls. Ernie will cover the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the process associated with recalling a product.
