Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP issued the following announcement on Dec. 16.
Troutman Pepper is among the top 20 most digital law firms according to an annual list published by the Financial Times. The firm ranks 17th on the list, which is based on returned “data and technology” questionnaires and subsequent scoring and benchmarking by third-party researchers.
“We are proud to be recognized as a top law firm for our overall digital capabilities,” said Will Gaus, Troutman Pepper’s Chief Innovation Officer. “The feat is particularly impressive given our firm undertook a major merger in the last year while navigating a seamless shift to remote work.”

This is the 11th year that the Financial Times has published its report on innovation in the North American legal industry. Nearly 250 submissions were received from 71 law firms and 35 in-house legal teams.
