DETROIT (Legal Newsline) – Republican electors are suing state officials, maintaining Democrat Joe Biden’s victory in the state was the product of fraud.

The lawsuit was filed Nov. 25 in Detroit federal court against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

“The fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious and egregious ploy was the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing,’” the lawsuit says.

“It has now been amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that purpose.”

The suit claims Wayne County was a hotbed of fraud and claims the companies that provided election software and hardware were founded by foreign dictators intent on manipulating elections that would keep Hugo Chavez in power in Venezuela.
