Partner Anthony DiResta will host a session at the ACA International Fall Forum & Expo titled "What's Next With the CFPB and FTC: The Impact of the Election." This session is designed to prepare industry professionals for the future by discussing the legal and regulatory landscape, audits that examine intensely operations, examinations that could lead to public enforcement actions, and investigations that could lead to adverse publicity, fines and costly changes in business practices.
