Partner Miranda Hooker brings years of experience as a prosecutor and defense counsel to advise clients in internal and government investigations and enforcement matters, including those involving health care fraud and abuse matters, and internal corporate investigations. She represents pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, clinical laboratories, payors, pharmacies, health care providers, and other entities and individuals in federal criminal, civil and state attorney general investigations and enforcement actions.
Katherine Stark, an associate in the firm’s White Collar and Government Investigations Practice Group, is recognized as a Rising Star for her work in health sciences and white collar litigation and investigations matters. Stark focuses on counseling and defending corporations and their employees and executives in government investigations and enforcement matters, including those involving the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute, as well as conducting internal corporate investigations and advising on compliance matters.
Partner Callan Stein has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for seven consecutive years for his broad litigation and investigation practice. Stein focuses on white collar criminal matters, corporate and commercial civil litigation, internal investigations and health care litigation.
