Sarita Henry, a human resources manager at Troutman Pepper, has received the Community Champion Award from the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg as part of the national nonprofit’s Steps to Success Awards program. The award recognizes Henry’s “above and beyond” efforts to engage, excite and unite her colleagues in support of United Way.
Henry is an experienced HR professional and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has been with Troutman Pepper for more than five years, serving in several HR roles. She previously served as a patient services coordinator with Patterson Eye Clinic.
Henry was honored during a virtual awards event alongside other Steps to Success Awards honorees. United Way brings together the region’s nonprofits, businesses, schools and volunteers.
