Maureen Callahan, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Real Estate Practice Group, has been recognized by ULI Atlanta’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) in a list of influential women in real estate and land use. The list – dubbed “The Leaders” – honors women who have demonstrated leadership and expertise in real estate development, land use, city building and their community.
“I am honored to be a part of the group of women recognized by ULI Atlanta’s Women’s Leadership Initiative,” Callahan said. “I welcome and support the organization’s efforts to promote the advancement and visibility of women leaders in the industry.”
Callahan’s legal practice focuses on land development and the acquisition and disposition of operating assets in all commercial classes. Particularly experienced in large-scale real estate development, she regularly represents owners and developers on high-profile projects throughout the United States.
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. In 2020, ULI Atlanta launched “The Leaders” to highlight, promote and celebrate women in the industry on an annual basis and increase the number of women leaders in the industry.
