Atlanta Office Managing Partner Michael Hollingsworth has been elected Chair of the Executive Committee of Tulane Fund Advisory Board as of July 1, 2020 for a two-year term.
Tulane Fund Advisory Board Members come from within the community of supporters who have a sustained level of engagement with and giving to the University. Board Members serve as role models and mentors for new and returning volunteers. The mission of the Advisory Board is to promote philanthropy to the university, primarily by focusing on unrestricted gifts to the Tulane Annual Fund.
The Board of Tulane also approved and established the Michael E. Hollingsworth II Scholarship Endowed Fund on March 19, 2020. The endowment will be used to provide need-based scholarship support for undergraduate students in the School of Liberal Arts, or its successor, at Tulane University. Hollingsworth graduated from Tulane University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. A scholarship recipient himself, he is proud to give back to his alma mater.
