Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough Partner Andrew M. Connor has been reappointed by Charleston County Council to the Procurement Appeals Board for a term to expire June 2022. This board meets in the case of a formal protest by a vendor regarding the solicitation of an award or an appeal from a determination made by the Director of Procurement.
Connor practices in general litigation including commercial disputes, product liability, warranty issues, and premises liability.
