At Littler, we know how to apply current labor and employment laws to the issues that COVID-19 presents in our workplaces. We also know the pandemic is likely to change the way we work - possibly forever. However, we do not know exactly what our workplaces will be like while we recover, and after that, in a post-pandemic world. In the near term, we know this will mean an emphasis on screening, social distancing, and continued remote work.
In this session, we will consider what businesses need to do to prepare to reopen their doors and maintain compliance with myriad requirements. We will focus on issues facing all businesses, such as face coverings, social distancing in the workplace, screening requirements, unemployment, paid sick leave, and evolving safety guidelines. Although these are unprecedented times, and the “new normal" may seem overwhelming, we are prepared to help you navigate these obstacles.
