GREENBERG TRAURIG LLP: Greenberg Traurig Represents Allegiant Travel Company in U.S. Treasury CARES Act Support Program Agreement

Greenberg Traurig issued the following announcement on April 22.

A multi-office team at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Allegiant Travel Company in its April 20, 2020 Payroll Support Program (PSP) Agreement with the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Allegiant will receive approximately $171.9 million in emergency relief under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act. The PSP funds will support team member salaries and benefits for Allegiant’s 4,500-person workforce.

“During this unprecedented crisis we were very pleased to represent Allegiant Travel Company in connection with this agreement,” said Las Vegas Managing Shareholder Michael Bonner, who led Greenberg Traurig’s deal team.

In addition to Bonner, Greenberg Traurig’s deal team included Litigation Shareholder Jacob Bundick (Las Vegas); Corporate Shareholder Jodi Goodheart (Las Vegas); Corporate Shareholder Clifford Neimeth (Phoenix & New York); Corporate Shareholder Richard Cutshall (Denver) and Corporate Of Counsel Gregory Cooper (Las Vegas).
