Jennifer W. Cheng, a partner in Reed Smith’s Global Corporate Group and U.S. vice-chair of Reed Smith’s global Mergers & Acquisitions group , has been named to Global M&A Network’s 2nd Annual Winners Circle of America’s top rising star dealmakers. This honor was established to recognize brilliant and exceptional young dealmakers from the private equity, M&A and restructuring communities for their achievements, dedication, and talents for closing value creating transactions.
Jennifer’s practice focuses on representing Fortune 500, international, and middle market companies in a wide range of M&A transactions both domestic and cross-border, and she has particular experience in representing publicly listed companies in a variety of corporate transactions.
Earlier this year, Jennifer was named a winner of the M&A Advisor 2019 Emerging Leaders Award, and was recognized as a Rising Star by the New York Law Journal.
