Bradley attorneys attended California Attorney General Xavier Becerra’s public hearing on the proposed CCPA regulations in San Francisco on December 4, 2019. We will host the second in a series of roundtable luncheons on December 19 to provide a review of the comments made at the hearings, discuss the sections of regulations that have received the most comments, and anticipate areas that the California AG’s office will address pursuant to the comments.
The discussion will include Q&A with Bradley attorneys and Board Certified Specialists in Privacy and Information Security Law Erin Illman and Steve Snyder. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask our attorneys about recent amendments, concerns and gray areas of the law, and walk through final issues as the January 1, 2020 compliance deadline approaches.
