Legal Project Management in 2019
When it comes to e-discovery, we all know the costs and energy expended, however, the project management of e-discovery matters, small or large, can often get lost, ignored, or poorly planned. There are many times where a disconnect or lack of communication between the attorneys, clients, software vendors, and project management team leads to frustration and unneeded expense as well as potentially ineffective results. Every “project” is different and as such requires different frameworks. This panel will offer a stage for the leaders of project management teams, whether in-house, vendor, or staffing to come together to discuss the issues they encounter and the transformative solutions they employed to resolve them.
