Bradley Arant Boult Cummings issued the following announcement on June 11.

Bradley is pleased to announce that Christine Spinella Davis, an attorney in the firm’s Washington office, has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF).

“We congratulate Christine on her selection as a Fellow of the prestigious American Bar Foundation, and we look forward to her contributions to the ABF’s important work in furthering the study and understanding of the law,” said Bradley Washington, D.C., Office Managing Partner Douglas L. Patin.

A member of Bradley’s Policyholder Insurance Coverage team, Ms. Davis represents corporate policyholders in coverage disputes involving various types of commercial insurance policies, including comprehensive general liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and products liability policies. She has almost 20 years of experience representing policyholders in all stages of insurance coverage disputes, including negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation through trial and appeal. She also advises clients on their insurance placement programs. Bradley’s Policyholder Insurance Coverage team handles matters involving virtually every type of property and casualty insurance policy available in the market.

The ABF Fellows is a global honorary society that recognizes attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent (1%) of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by their peers and elected by the ABF board. The Fellows support the research of the ABF through annual contributions and sponsor seminars and events of direct relevance to the legal profession. The independent, nonprofit ABF seeks to advance the understanding and improvement of law through research projects on the most pressing issues facing the legal system in the United States and the world.
