Two lawyers from Pepper Hamilton LLP have been named by California Super Lawyers as top attorneys in the state. Jeffrey M. Goldman and Michelle Beth Rosenberg have been named to the Southern California Rising Stars list for 2019.
Mr. Goldman is a partner, resident in the firm’s Orange County and Los Angeles offices. He concentrates his practice in trial and dispute resolution, labor and employment matters (including wage and hour actions), consumer remedy matters (including several Consumer Legal Remedy Act and Unfair Competition Law disputes in a variety of fields), intellectual property matters, and class actions. Mr. Goldman earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 2004 and a B.A. in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin in 2001.
Ms. Rosenberg is an associate in the Construction Practice Group, resident in the Los Angeles office. She concentrates her practice on general liability, products liability, construction defect, trucking and transportation, and business litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Rosenberg is a graduate of Southwestern Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2013) and Tulane University (B.A., art history, cum laude, 2008).
