The presentation, “An Omniscient View: Expert Witness Cross-examination,” provided an interactive experience to learn tops on surviving cross examination by understanding the expert’s position in the case, the role of the redirect, closing arguments, and more. The conference was comprised of a full day of sessions which will provide insight on fraud, investigations and litigation.
