Maria Fracassa Dwyer, Member in Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment group, will speak at the 44th Annual Labor and Employment Law Institute on April 11, 2019 at the Inn at St. John’s. Maria provided the year in review for Equal Employment Opportunity cases during the plenary session. The ICLE provides hot topics in labor and employment law and is co-sponsored by the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Participants received timely education programs, legal updates, and the opportunity to interact with peers and other professionals. Maria is the Member in Charge of Clark Hill’s Detroit office. Maria is also the co-chair of the Firm’s Food, Beverage and Hospitality Group. Her expertise is concentrated in employment defense litigation, Title IX and employment investigations and counseling. She represents employers across the United States in the employment and labor law arena.
