Dinsmore & Shohl LLP issued the following announcement on Feb. 7.
Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has welcomed litigation partners Nathan Blaske and Harry Cappel in its Cincinnati office.
“Nathan and Harry are experienced litigators who are well-respected throughout the region,” said Dinsmore Chairman and Managing Partner George H. Vincent. “They will be great assets to the firm and great resources for our clients.”
Blaske has more than a decade of experience handling civil litigation and appellate cases for banks, consumer finance companies, and mortgage lenders and servicers. His practice also includes Uniform Commercial Code matters and commercial collection issues. Blaske is a cum laude graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
Cappel is a commercial litigator, and his primary focus is on representing mortgage servicers, credit card companies, and financial institutions. His experience includes lender liability defense counsel, defending individual consumer claims and class actions, title disputes, contested bankruptcy, adversary and foreclosures proceedings, and managing commercial workouts. Cappel received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
