Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes Karen K. Cain as a Shareholder to the firm’s national Labor and Employment Department. Cain will join the Workforce Development, Investigations and Compliance, and Employment Disputes, Litigation and Arbitration Practices. Cain will office at Polsinelli’s Kansas City, Mo. headquarters.
Cain has successfully worked with numerous national, regional and local employers for over 20 years, helping them pro-actively avoid litigation and defending them when employees file claims with state and federal agencies and in courts or arbitral forums nationwide. Cain teams with employer-clients to ensure she understands their goals on all matters, whether managing a strategic workforce transformation, conducting workplace investigations, or providing sophisticated employment advice. Cain also has deep experience defending all discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and other employment claims, including wage & hour class or collective actions and class actions filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
