Attorney Robin D. Ferriby has been engaged by the Council on Foundations to work with their recently assembled Policy Transition Team tasked with ensuring that the Council has a robust, active and trusted presence in Washington, DC. Attorneys Kevin F. Kelly and Duane L. Tarnacki will also be working on this venture.
Robin D. Ferriby is Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Birmingham office. Robin works extensively with foundations and nonprofits on a variety of governance, grant-making, and charitable gift matters. He also provides counsel on legislative and regulatory matters affecting the nonprofit sector.
The Council on Foundations (COF) is a Washington D.C. based philanthropic and nonprofit leadership association representing grant-making foundations, including community, corporate and private foundations.
