Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Rachel L. Cohn has joined the Firm’s New York office as an associate in the Corporate Litigation group, which recently announced the elevation of Andrew T. Hambelton, Joshua A. Huber, and Adam V. Orlacchio to partner, as well as Martin S. Krezalek to of counsel.
Rachel joins the Firm from Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. She concentrates her practice on complex corporate and commercial litigation matters, and has a broad range of experience representing clients in antitrust, commodities, class action, and general contractual matters in state and federal courts.
Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Rachel earned her J.D., with honors, from George Washington University Law School where she was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar and member of the Public Contract Law Journal. She received her B.A. in Philosophy, Neuroscience, and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
