Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Michael M. Denci and Jackson P. Gayle have joined the Firm as associates in the Real Estate group, which recently welcomed Partners Michael Peskowitz and Lauren Scarantino in the New York office and Of Counsel Richard A. Fineman in the Philadelphia office. Michael and Jackson are based in the Firm’s New York and Washington, D.C., offices, respectively.
Michael joins the Firm from Thompson & Knight LLP. He concentrates his practice on commercial real estate finance where he represents insurance companies, major investment banks, conduit lenders, and other financial institutions in the structuring and origination of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans. Admitted to practice in New York, Michael received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and International Affairs from George Washington University.
Jackson joins the Firm from Vinson & Elkins LLP. He concentrates his practice on real estate, finance, and general corporate transactional matters. Admitted to practice in Texas, Jackson earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the South Texas College of Law where he served on the South Texas Law Review. He received his B.A. in English from Texas A&M University.
