Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP issued the following announcement on Jan. 30.
The American Council on Renewable Energy, or ACORE, has announced that Pillsbury’s Mona Dajani has been elected to a new three-year term on the organization’s board of directors.
Dajani, a project finance partner in Pillsbury’s New York office, regularly serves as a lead lawyer in complex acquisitions, dispositions, financing and project development transactions involving energy and infrastructure facilities in the United States and around the world. Her clients include a wide variety of commercial and public institutions, equity investors, lessors and lessees, financial institutions, and energy and clean technology companies, among others.
“We are at a critical inflection point for our industry, and the wealth of leadership the ACORE Board brings will be essential to helping drive growth in sustainable infrastructure investment,” said ACORE President and CEO Gregory Wetstone. “We truly appreciate the service and contributions of our past, present and new board members. They will be tremendous assets to the organization as we work to further our mission uniting finance, policy and technology to accelerate the transition to renewable energy.”
