Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Justice Robert H. Edmunds Jr., who received the Chief Justice’s Professionalism Award from the North Carolina Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism.
Edmunds was presented with the award in recognition of his contributions to the legal community and demonstration of the highest commitment to professionalism and legal ethics.
A board certified specialist in appellate practice and state and federal criminal law, Justice Edmunds served as an appellate judge for 18 years, most recently as senior associate justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. At Fox, Justice Edmunds helps clients navigate complex criminal and civil appeals in state and federal court.
He earned his B.A., with honors, from Vassar College, his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill and his LL.M. in Judicial Process from the University of Virginia School of Law.
