P&A has also announced the elevation of three attorneys to the position of Senior Counsel: Levi Barrett (New York, NY), Ian Schlanger (River Edge, NJ), and Chris Sweeney (Washington, DC), and the promotion of Alexandra Busch (Washington, DC) to Senior Associate.
