“We will miss seeing Chris and Maritza in the office every day, but we are thrilled for them to seize this exciting career opportunity,” said Rick J. Rubin, Office Managing Partner of Fox’s Denver office.
Attorney General-Elect Weiser, who will be sworn in on January 8, 2019, provided the following statement:
“I am delighted that these individuals have agreed to fill critical leadership posts in my administration. Together, we will begin the important work on Day One of ensuring a smooth transition and working tirelessly with an impressive team of dedicated professionals in the office to defend our freedoms, fight for opportunities for all, and protect our land, air, and water. I appreciate their willingness to serve our state and thank the Transition Team that worked hard to recruit them.”

He has litigated copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, libel and civil rights cases in federal and state courts throughout the country.
“Fox Rothschild’s Intellectual Property Department has grown significantly in recent years, and Chris has been a key contributor to that growth. Chris has long been interested in public service, and he will bring a strong skill set to this important role,” said James M. Singer, chair of Fox’s nationwide Intellectual Property Department.
