FormanWatkins is proud to announce that Mimi Arthur, Melissa Fuller, Michelle Roy, and Peyton Smith have been promoted to Partner.
Mimi is licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi and works out of our Jackson office. She received her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. Mimi is a member of the Firm's Pro Bono Committee and is involved in the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, the Junior League of Jackson, and is a board member on the Young Lawyers Division of The Mississippi Bar. She has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Mid-South Rising Star, a Louisiana Rising Star, and a Top Rated Civil Litigation Attorney in Jackson. Mimi's primary practice areas are in Asbestos, Hearing Loss, Personal Injury, and Product Liability.
Melissa is licensed in Louisiana and works out of our New Orleans office. She received her bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Clemson University, and her law degree from Tulane University Law School. Melissa is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Louisiana Rising Star. Her primary practice areas are in Asbestos, Benzene, Environmental Litigation, Premises Liability, and Product Liability.
Michelle is licensed in Louisiana and works out of our New Orleans office. She received her bachelor's degree from Colorado State University in Technical Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations, and her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Michelle is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, and DRI. She has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Louisiana Rising Star and was awarded DRI's Outstanding Young Lawyers Sub-Committee Chair from 2014 to 2015.
