Wyoming Supreme Court issued the following announcement on Dec. 28.
Judge Tom Harrington, Circuit Court Judge for the Fifth Judicial District, will retire on January 7, 2019.
Chief Justice Michael Davis commented on Judge Harrington’s retirement, “The Big Horn Basin and the legal community will sorely miss Judge Thomas Harrington.
He has been the epitome of a great circuit judge—hard-working, fair, incisive, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
We wish him the very best in retirement.”
