Bradley is pleased to announce that Judd A. Harwood and Jennifer L. Commander, attorneys in the firm’s Birmingham office, have taken on new leadership roles with the Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama (PARCA). Effective Jan. 1, 2019, Mr. Harwood joins PARCA’s board of directors, and Ms. Commander joins the PARCA Roundtable.

Mr. Harwood is a partner in Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group. He focuses his practice on general and nonprofit corporate transactions and healthcare regulatory issues. Mr. Harwood represents a wide range of healthcare clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and physician alignment strategies, corporate reorganizations, private securities offerings, corporate governance, employment and independent contractor relationships, and general corporate matters.
