GREENBERG TRAURIG, LLP: Advised CA Immo on the acquisition of Warsaw Spire Building C

Greenberg Traurig, LLP issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.

Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office advised CA Immo in connection with the acquisition of Warsaw Spire Building C for ca. EUR 100 million.

The transaction was carried out as a share deal.

The Greenberg Traurig transaction team was led by Partner Radomił Charzyński, supported by Associates: Kamil Majewski, Michał Niećko, Samanta Wenda-Uszyńska, Karolina Woronko, Oliwia Hutnik, and Filip Widuch. Senior Associate Paweł Jaśkiewicz was responsible for all financing aspects of the transaction.

This transaction follows the acquisition of Warsaw Spire Building B in 2017, also by CA Immo, and the acquisition of 50% of Warsaw Spire Building A in May this year by Madison International Realty. a major investor in real estate across the U.S. and in Europe. Greenberg Traurig acted as a legal advisor in all of these transactions.

Warsaw Spire Building C is part of the Warsaw Spire complex. The complex consists of three buildings: the 220-meter tall main tower with a hyperboloid glass façade – Warsaw Spire A, and two 55-meter tall flanking buildings of identical size and shape – Warsaw Spire B (together with the futuristic Genesis restaurant building) and Warsaw Spire C (both now owned by CA Immo). The complex won the Best Office & Business Development category MIPIM 2017 Award in Cannes, France.
