SANTA ANA, Calif. (Legal Newsline) – A law firm alleges a Vail, Colorado resident owes more than $200,000 for legal fees.

Wachtel Missry LLP filed a complaint on Sept. 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Peter Knobel, individually and as sole trustee of Knobel Children's Trust, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between March 4, 2015, and March 3, 2017, it represented Knobel in a lawsuit under contract. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $120,569.01 for its services and the defendant has not paid.

The plaintiff holds Knobel, individually and as sole trustee of Knobel Children's Trust, responsible because the defendant allegedly has failed to pay the amount dispute agreeing to.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a judgment for the sum of $120,569.01, interest, cost of suit, such other and further relief as the court may deem proper. It is represented by Elliot Silverman of Wachtel Missry LLP in Irvine.
