ATLANTA (Legal Newsline) – A Georgia-based law firm alleges it was not paid for its legal services provided on a personal injury case.

Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gun & Dial LLC filed a complaint on July 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division against GFI Management Services Inc. and Rockville Risk Management Associates Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in September 2015, it was retained by defendant GFI through its third-party administrator, defendant Rockville, to represent GFI in a personal injury lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia.

The plaintiff holds GFI Management Services Inc. and Rockville Risk Management Associates Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly have failed to pay the outstanding sums owed to the plaintiff despite repeated notices and demands. It alleges the defendants owe $105,680.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks the principal amount of $105,680, plus interest at the legal rate of 7 percent per annum on the invoiced sums, attorneys' fees and expenses of litigation of this action and for such other relief the court deems just and necessary. It is represented by Johnathan T. Krawcheck and Ross G. Bundschuh of Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gun & Dial LLC in Atlanta, Georgia.
