LOS ANGELES (Legal Newsline) – A California consumer claims the Clearly Natural Essentials product line is falsely and deceptively advertised.

Mona Paul filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on July 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Beaumont Products Inc., doing business as Clearly Natural Essentials, alleging that the Georgia corporation made false representations regarding their soap products.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages from being misled into buying a falsely advertised product. The plaintiff holds Beaumont Products Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly claims that its soap is made from natural ingredients despite having artificial and synthetic ingredients.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunctive relief, monetary damages, punitive damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Reuben D. Nathan of Nathan & Associates APC in San Diego.
