JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (Legal Newsline) - The owner of Whiskey Wild Saloon and Columbia Party Bus, LLC recently settled a lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster over allegations that he failed to provide party and transportation services after taking upfront payments from customers.

Benjamin Bradley, who owns the party bus and operates the saloon through COMO Entertainment, INC., will pay $6,852.50 in reimbursements to 12 customers.

Koster's office alleged that 11 customers paid for transportation from Columbia Party Bus, but the company failed to deliver or provide a refund. Another customer allegedly paid to reserve the saloon for an event, but wasn't given a refund after the event was canceled.

"Consumers deserve to receive what they pay for," Koster said. "While this settlement  puts money back in the pockets of 12 Missourians who paid for  services they never received, my office remains on the lookout for other potential victims."

As part of the settlement, Bradley will no longer accept payments until services are given.

Koster said anyone who contracted with Bradley, Columbia Party Bus or Como Entertainment for services and failed to receive them should file a complaint with his office.
