Justice Department disrupts global botnet linked to Chinese state-sponsored hackers
The Justice Department announced a court-authorized law enforcement operation that disrupted a botnet comprising over 200,000 consumer devices in the United States and globally. According to court documents unsealed in the Western District of Pennsylvania, the botnet was infected by People’s Republic of China (PRC) state-sponsored hackers associated with Integrity Technology Group, a Beijing-based company known as “Flax Typhoon” in the private sector.

LANSING – Today, Jerry and Tamal Flore, both of DeWitt, were bound over to stand trial in the 29th Circuit Court in Clinton County on a combined 26 criminal child abuse felonies, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. The Flores are accused of adopting children for financial gain and subjecting the children to abuse under the guise of discipline, dating back to 2007.
Lawsuit filed against California officials over new gender transition notification law
America First Legal (AFL) has filed a lawsuit with co-counsel Schaerr Jaffe LLP on behalf of a group of California parents and the City of Huntington Beach against California Governor Gavin Newsom, Attorney General Robert Bonta, and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond. The suit challenges Assembly Bill 1955 (AB 1955), which prohibits schools from notifying parents about their child's desire to change their gender identity.
